I've been looking around for a while now, and all I've gotten is a ton of different little programs that have fairly poor documentation or explanations on what they actually do.
Edit: Alright, I've tried running ePSXe through Ninjaripper but the games I'm trying to emulate crash when they load. And the games I'm trying to extract 3D models from are Treasure Planet, El Dorado and Atlantis:Lost Empire.
2nd Edit I guess: Okay, so I downloaded TUGZip, which can open the .BIN image files, and I managed to extract the files out of them and into folders. But now I'm trying to find which file format contains the actual 3D models, and I'm fairly certain the .WAD and .DAT files either are them or contain them.

ReactPSN is for backup/pirated PSN downloads. You can rip both PS1 and PS2 game on PC with a DVD drive. Multiman and Iris manager cannot load PS2 backups. On top of my head best way to load PS2 backup is to buy Swap Magic and use it to load OpenPS2 loader (you have to mount PS2 ISO over SMB).
